Come join us at the gorgeous Downdog Studio on Midnight's farm for an active, all levels Vinyasa yoga class. This class is more active and athletic, designed with fluidity between poses and multiple options for ease or challenge. Each class has its own seasonal and poetic themes woven into embodied movement and breath. Taught by Nikyta Palmisani.

Class packages available. Mats and props available, or bring your own.
