This Week: A rebroadcast of the March 24, 2014 show, which featured a phone interview by Stanley with fiddler Alasdair White of Scotland's award-winning Battlefield Band, who came to Lopez for a concert on Sunday, April 6th, 2014 at the Lopez Center for Community and the Arts. Stanley plays tracks from the BB's (then) most recent recording, "Room Enough for All," along with selections from other artists on Temple Records (www.templerecords.co.uk), a pioneering record label devoted to Scottish contemporary music. Plus, you'll hear some outstanding Balkan songs and instrumentals from Medna Usta, an ensemble based in Santa Cruz, CA. Don't miss this stellar show!
