Fork in the Road's farm kitchen is a private facility intended to enable Lopez Island farmers in producing "value-added" products using locally grown & sourced produce & fruit.
Products produced in our commercial rated kitchen may then be sold at farmers' markets, farm stands, Island stores and beyond.
