Ballet Classes

Ballet for Children 6-16 yrs

Develop coordination, rhythm, flexibility, grace and poise with the basics of ballet technique. Class includes warm-up, barre and floor exercises, stretches, dance steps and routines, and the dancers’ own improvisations.

Adult Beginner Ballet

Always wanted to dance ballet, but never had the opportunity? Or, has it been years since you did and feel a bit rusty? Now is your chance to learn ballet technique from scratch.
This slow-paced class for beginning ballet students covers the basic elements of ballet technique with a warm-up, barre and floor exercises, stretches, and easy to follow dance steps and routines.

Drop-ins welcome.

Adult Ballet Level 2

After covering the first basics, explore the next levels of ballet technique, including warm-ups, barre and floor exercises, stretches, and more involved dance steps and routines.
