I have internet and phone through RockIsland. In the past two weeks i've lost my streaming, printing, and many of my internet searches are failing. I called Rock Island yesterday and they said they now charge for a service call to Lopez, which I think is just wrong. During the call my phone went out as well. What other options do we have for wi-fi service on Lopez Island?

Sorry to hear you are having Wi-Fi problems.
