YouTube is loaded with videos on how to sharpen knives using a basic sharpening stone just search "knife sharpening". A little bit of practice and you'll have all the skill needed to sharpen your knives.

Check with Gregg Blomberg, he is a knife expert and has sharpened more knives than any one on the island, or county for that matter.
