The on line survey is entirely confidential with summarized results to be posted and sent to our Hospital District which has expressed a keen interest. You may notice there is no Spanish translation being offered here. That is because a Spanish language version has been posted on the Hispanic community’s Facebook page for several weeks. It was created as a collaboration between LCHC and five LIFRC Community Health Workers known as the Promotoras. The survey here is substantially the same.
