These 75 min sessions will incorporate physical postures, work with the breath, and meditation, giving rise to focus and internal stillness, while moving through a flowing sequence of postures that invigorate, strengthen and balance the body and the mind. KT has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years, receiving extensive training at 8 Limbs (Seattle), Jivamukti (NY), Yoga Tree (San Francisco), the Bhakti Shop (Portland). Her teacher training was with White Lotus, Santa Barbara, CA. She has taught yoga in Sun Valley, Ojai, Seattle and Lopez, and is a frequent visiting instructor at renowned Rancho La Puerta wellness resort in Mexico. In addition to her passion for yoga, KT is an avid outdoor adventurer, by foot, bike, kayak and ski. A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, KT’s legal career has been as an advocate focused on protecting and promoting the rights of the terminally ill. She is the Executive and Legal Director of a non-profit organization, the End of Life Liberty Project. KT has taught “Law, Medicine and Ethics at the End of Life” at many law schools, and currently holds a faculty appointment at Seattle University School of Law.
