State Audit Results: A Clean Report for the Lopez Library

We’re happy to share good news from the Office of the Washington State Auditor.
The Library’s regular, three-year audit came back with a clean report and no findings.
Audits are thorough (and sometimes a little intense!), but they’re an important and worthwhile part of our work. They give us a chance to take a close look at our practices and confirm that we’re operating responsibly and being good stewards of public resources.
We’re deeply grateful for the trust the Lopez community places in us and take that responsibility to heart.
A special thank-you goes to Claudia, who worked closely and diligently with the Auditor’s Office throughout the review, making sure everything they needed was clear, complete, and readily available. Her care and attention helped make the process go smoothly.
