Join us in welcoming the Canoes to Spencer Spit and for a potluck and protocol at Lopez School
The Gathering of the Eagles Canoe Journey will visit Lopez from 17-19 May 2025
All are welcome to join these events:
Saturday, 17 May
• 1 pm: Canoe landing and water blessing ceremony at Spencer Spit beach (please park above the beach in designated areas)
• 5 pm: Community Potluck in Multipurpose Room at Lopez School
• 6:30 pm: Ceremony and Protocol, same location
Sunday, 18 May
• Possible activities TBA
Monday, 19 May
• TBA (likely 8 am): Canoes depart Spencer Spit for San Juan Island
