By San Juan County
The second half of property taxes and personal property taxes are due Thursday, October 31, 2024. Consider using the new online portal to pay your taxes!
SAN JUAN COUNTY, WA. September 24, 2024 - The deadline for paying your property taxes is just around the corner, but the San Juan County Treasurer’s Office is making it easier than ever to pay online. Accessed via the Treasurer’s Office webpage, a new online portal allows you to pay for multiple properties at once (while avoiding multiple transaction fees!), schedule on-time payments, receive an instant receipt, and create an account to make future transactions even easier.
“I’m proud to offer San Jaun County property owners a more convenient way to pay taxes securely,” said San Juan County Treasurer Rhonda Pederson. “My team has been working on this feature for several months and I’m so pleased that it’s ready for this tax season.”
The new online portal aims to make paying and processing taxes much faster, easier, and more cost-effective.
“Once you start using this new payment method, you will have access to those payment receipts, 2024 tax statements, and future statements, all in one convenient place,” said Pederson. “This has been a long-term goal of our office to be more efficient and to respond to feedback from the community.”
