The public is invited to trainings in July to learn how to use the new program that will be live on July 31, 2024.
SAN JUAN COUNTY, WA. June 27, 2024 - The San Juan County Clerk is pleased to announce an easy, fast, and accessible way to file court documents with the new implementation of eFileWA. The public is invited to trainings in July to learn how to use the new program that will be live on July 31, 2024.
Online eFile trainings:
WHO: Anyone interested in learning how to file court documents online including attorneys and self-represented litigants
WHAT: A one-hour, online training
WHEN: There are two opportunities to learn!
Tuesday, July 16 from 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Wednesday, July 17 from 11 a.m.-12 p.m.

This automated system provides the public with the opportunity to transition from a paper-based or email process to a streamlined, web-based eFiling system. eFileWA reduces the cost and personnel needed to print, copy, store, deliver, and file legal documents, resulting in increased efficiencies and productivity.
eFileWA Benefits Include:
24/7 filing submission and access to all eFiled documents in cases
Reduced average filing time
Lessened trips to the courthouse
Increased access to file-stamped copies of court documents
