Lopez Island Grange Completes Restoration of Outhouses

Our circa 1930's WPA outhouses are newly restored! Thanks to a biannual San Juan Island County Historical Preservation grant and some dollars from our Grange reserves. And thanks to Kerby Phelps, who rebuilt and painted them! Passing bicyclists, walkers, and attendees at our outdoor events use the outhouses. Plus, it’s great to have another option in case the inside plumbing goes awry! Stop by & take a look or a ....PXXX!!!!
