Seeking - exchange through October/then rent-plus:
October 1, 2026
In need of a room or even more rustic living space.
With a minimal retirement income, I'm able to afford $600 per month/to include utilities (as of November 1st) plus work exchange.
Through October, seeking a full work exchange - food-growing, preservation and/or preparation, farm and/or companion animal care, assistance with a related small business/other, house and/or pet-sitting, home organization, etc.
With an especially healthful lifestyle (and chemical sensitivities) in need of a tobacco and drug-free environment.
I have a particularly "monastic" lifestyle - thus, a very small space suits me.
I'm extremely clean and tidy, live simply and use only a few natural products (should this be off-grid, etc.).
I have a warm, open and generous nature; am quiet/have the opportunity to eschew most devices; LOVE animal and plant life.
