Looking for the impossible dream: a Lopezian's empty private dock with nothing to do.

Don't laugh, I'm in a pickle. This long time Lopezian just lost my 45 ft. slip of 10+ years. Dream #1: in a position to rent or even buy a private boat space/dock that a Lopezian isn't using / can pay a good price + all you can eat**. Dream #2 - see dream #1 but widen to the entire archipelago. Beyond that -- the rumor about off-island is that one falls off into darkness, right? NOT LOOKING TO LIVE ABOARD -- just a quiet, senior professional [chef/food photographer/website writer] who does do the related cooking** & photography aboard, but have a residence here. That said I must go where my beautiful boat goes so desperately trying to stay on this rock. I expect 100+ recreational looks at this ad as usual. This time I really need to tie up somewhere -- if you know of a spot not doing anything, let's talk. C'mon Lopez you have never failed me through the years, though admittedly this is a hard ask.
