I'm selling this outboard because I replaced it with an electric motor for my dinghy. This is a low hours engine. Short shaft. New prop a year or two ago. This engine has had very little use, maybe a few hours per year.
The engine starts and runs fantastic. There is one issue that needs resolved - there is a leak where the fuel can hose connects to the engine. I am not sure if the issue is on the engine side or the hose side, but both parts are available for $100 total. A handy person might be able to resolve on their own. This engine is worth a fair amount more than the asking price - but I am accounting for the required maintenance.
