24 ft diameter yurt made by Rainier Outdoors in Seattle, bought new in 2020. Has double layer of insulation in roof and walls, two soft windows, half light fiberglass door and clear dome with opener. Comes with Vermont casting wood stove in great shape, double walled pipe and stove flashing. The platform is conventionally framed with 2x8 floor joist and R19 insulation in the floor, mostly screwed together for ease of take down. The yurt is standing and will need to be dismantled (preference if done by buyer, negotiable).
