Over the past two years, so many of you have shown up - at community meetings, in conversations, and online - to learn, question, share ideas, and help shape this proposal. That’s what community engagement looks like. That's what democracy looks like.

We’re deeply grateful to everyone who took the time to read the materials, visit the website, attend meetings, and engage in dialogue with openness and care.
