Learn how to preserve food via canning in this free hands-on workshop.
Kwiaht, the Lopez Library and Taproot Kitchen present a free Canning 101 workshop. Using the apples harvested from the library trees, Madrona Murphy will guide us through the basics of safe home canning practices. You'll take home a jar of applesauce and the skills to can your own produce.
