Every Tuesday, from 10:45 am to 12 noon, start your week on a high note. Join us for unconditional laughter, play, and community building, as we elevate our mood, lower stress, and reframe life to the positive! Laughter is contagious, so come prepared to share plenty of smiles. Each session is composed of movement, breath work, and stress-relieving laughter. No experience needed. Bring a friend!
