Had a tough week? Need a healthy way to decompress? Join Lori in an end-of-week Laughter Wellness session every Friday, at the Sunnyfield Meetinghouse, at 5 pm. It’s fun! It’s playful, sometimes silly, and definitely not serious! Each session involves plenty of movement, stress-release, laughter, and breath work to move stuck energy and emotions. No experience needed. Bring a friend! (This is unconditional laughter: no jokes, put downs, etc.)
