Come join us for a Vinyasa yoga class at the intersections of poetry, ecological embodiment and community. Nikyta hosts a weekly class that brings together seasonal themes into a a flowing river of movement and breath.
Held at Downdog studio, mats and props provided. Sliding scale for drop in classes $20-25 and class packages available.
