April 11: Chadwick Hill Loop
Description: Chadwick Hill on the north side of Watmough Bay is a gentle, uphill walk to the crest, where hikers will find one of the most stunning vistas in the San Juan Islands.
Start time: 9:30am. Meet at the school's corner parking lot (first entry on the? right after turning on School Road from Center Road) to carpool to the trail head.
Estimated end time: 12:30 pm
Difficulty: Moderate
Distance: 3.0 miles
Elevation gain: 350’
Hike leaders: Tim Clark (former Land Bank Steward) and Ross MacDonald
Please dress for the weather and bring water, snacks, or whatever else you need for a successful hike.
