Class will be held Tuesdays at 5:10pm and Thursdays at 4pm through June at the beautiful Down Dog Studio on Midnight's Farm.
Each class begins with a short tea service and information about the origins and applications of QiGong followed by a warm up session before going into a flowing series of QiGong movements to music. We'll end each class with a meditation.
