Come join us at the Sunnyfield Meeting House (yurt) for an all-levels Pilates mat class. Mat-based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, and flexibility. Taught by Serina Adams.
Drop in’s welcome, $10-15/class.
Mats provided or you are welcome to bring your own. Park in front of barn near the yurt.
