BACKSTORY: Last year, Village Cycles approached Ursa Minor with the idea of bringing flavors from their childhood to Lopez Island, knowing Ursa Minor's culinary background, while implementing a strong respect for culture and history. Together, we have been crafting and collaborating in order to create a classic Bánh Mì, while paying homage to the sons of Vietnamese immigrants.

PLEASE NOTE: we are no longer offering Bánh Mì on Fridays. Instead, we are offering a classic Italian hoagie - the 'Ursa Mina Grinda'.
