A Special Meeting has been called for the Proposal of a Potential Clinic Operator Partner.
Jim Orcutt, LIHD President and member of the Negotiating Committee, will present to the board a potential clinic operator partner and explain why this organization would be a good fit for Lopez Island.
The action for the board by the end of the February 18 meeting will be to see if there is agreement to continue the process with the preferred potential partner so a Definitive Agreement Contract can be developed and then voted upon in early March.
