Have you heard? Heart & Soul Recovery Cafe has started Walk & Talk on Tuesdays. And now we have added an indoor version for when the weather doesn't permit a pleasant outdoor experience: Sit & Sip.
Meet us at the Lopez Island Family Resource Center every Tuesday at 4pm to either walk the village loop with us. On days when the rain is too much or the wind to hard, we will Sit & Sip tea and play games in the upstairs of the Lopez Island Family Resource Center.
What to expect:
Meet new people, enjoy the outdoors, and support community well-being together.
Heart & Soul Café is a welcoming, inclusive place to gather for connection, support, a healthy meal and a space to just be. Everyone is in recovery from something and everyone has wisdom to share from their experience.
