Heart & Soul Café is a welcoming, inclusive place to gather for connection, support, a healthy meal and a space to just be. Everyone is in recovery from something and everyone has wisdom to share from their experience.
The Café meets twice a week and FREE of charge. Tuesdays at the Lopez Island Family Resource Center for Walk & Talk or Sit & Sip, and Fridays at Grace Hall. Both days we meet from 4:00pm to 7:00pm
