$5500 OBO Phone or Text 202 681 3221
Comfortable Layout: Features a private front bedroom for extra privacy and a spacious living area equipped with a pull-out jack-knife sofa for additional sleeping space.
Full Kitchen Setup: Includes a built-in over-the-range microwave and a 3-burner propane stove with oven.
Entertainment Included: Comes equipped with an included TV and DVD player setup.
Turnkey Condition: Everything works (AC, furnace, refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, slide-outs, 12V system).
New Upgrades: Brand NEW deep-cycle battery installed and a recently replaced water heater.
Factory Options: Enclosed/insulated underbelly, roof ladder, extendable dinette.
Usage: Lightly used ~30 days per year for the last 15 years as a stationary setup on jacks (low wear on running gear).
Transparency: Experienced a leak 10 years ago that was immediately sealed with new roof membrane coating and lap caulking. It has stayed bone dry ever since. Note: There is a minor soft spot in the roof plywood deck near the old repair site, but the structure is dry, solid, and leak-free. Two vent covers need to be replaced, although they work now. Needs 30 amp power, but works on 15 amp cord if you do not use the microwave or A/C.
Terms: Cash or local cashier’s check. Buyer is responsible for local pickup and transport on-island.
