Family of 3 seeking housing

Couple with 2 year old, looking for short term housing. We are tidy, organized and hard working people looking for housing for the time being, with possibility staying long term.
We are open to housing for work trade, as well. Preferably not located on the south end, as we cycle and won't have a car.
We are accustomed to confined living quarters, where we currently live is a one bedroom flat in which we all sleep. We do not need much space, but we do look for running water and electricity.
My husband is a property manager who works in landscaping, carpentry and team management. I stay home with our son but work part time on occasion.
