Grow a Row starts 5/27
May 24, 2026
It's growing season again!
Starting May 27th through October 21st the Locavores will be at Woodman Hall from 9 to 10:30am accepting clean ready-for-distribution fresh produce from home gardeners and farmers.
From 10:30 to 11am the produce will be ready and available to the community.
This is our 6th season of local farmers and gardeners growing extra veggies and fruit to share with our neighbors...and boy do they appreciate it. The Locavores Grow a Row brought in 3,760 pounds of produce last year, of which 1,500 pounds was fruit, almost half! So, thanks in advance if you are one of our generous donors.
Also of note: this is the last week of the Seed TIOLI at the library. There are sill loads of seeds and options, including lots of tomato seeds donated by Christine Langley. Enjoy!!
Lots of love,
Locavores
