trying to sign up for FIT classes

has anyone else been frustrated signing up for classes with the appointment site VAGARO?
I am helping Martin sign in and follow all the steps and when he arrives at FIT no appointments show up on Heidi's computer several times now.
Maybe they could use another appointment site?
I can't handle Martin's computer frustrations so early in the morning!!

Hi, Christa,
I’ve had trouble, too. I finally figured out that after you book the days you want, you have to go to your cart and make your final “book” there. Then you’ll get a notice that you’re booked for those days.
