Single professional senior Lopezian and his very senior sous chef cat in need of a small private place. Professional chef-writer on a very limited doctor-issued diet / landlord would enjoy both a REASONABLE rental income plus several dishes throughout the year using exotic fresh produce ingredients flown in tome every month. All dishes are focused on eating healthy with seasonal fresh produce from around the world. A quiet, very reliable tenant who comes with a 3 delicious, mostly savory dishes per month that I can't eat / who could ask for more!
