I live comfortably in a tiny space (100 square feet), and I'm interested in renting a more spacious dwelling.
I like the idea of sharing a house with 1-3 generally tidy/considerate roommates, both to lower housing costs and for good company. An affordable solo arrangement could work as well. I'm looking for a conventional rental, not a work-trade arrangement.
Prefer Lopez, but will consider other isles.
Need access to some decent sun for growing a few veggies.
Local references and former roommate testimony available.
