Is anyone on island using a medical alert device that works with T-Mobile?

I use my Apple Watch as my medical alert device. It detects whenever I fall and asks if I need EMS help. I can also ask SIRI to call or text my husband for help. There is also a button you can just press which will alert 911 and they will call to see if you need help. Finally, it lets me know whenever I have an episode of A Fib. I works well with T Mobile.
