Offering skills and support for dealing with issues of anxiety, illness, cognitive decline, grief and loss, caregiver concerns, and couple communication. Mindfulness meditation for pain and stress management. Private pay or by referral from the Community Wellness Program at the Family Resource Center for sliding fee scale.
