Jan 17, 2022
Any land with a lake, creek, pond, river, and/or shoreline will be examined to determine the size of the required buffer anywhere from zero up to 235 feet on all sides of the water. This will become a “no touch” buffer.

For more information review Washington Farm Bureau’s Facebook page. The owner of Mosby Farms was interviewed Jan 17 on radio station KVI 570 AM by John Carlson. They discussed how this may increase food prices; Google KVI 570 to listen to the interview. Olympia House Bill 1838 will be heard Wednesday January 19 @ 10AM, please contact your legislator pro or con.
