VISITORS AND PART-TIME RESIDENTS
All dogs in San Juan County must be under the control of their owners/caregivers; dogs running loose are not allowed.

Please make sure your dog, or any dog in your care, has a LOCAL PHONE NUMBER/I.D. worn on his or her collar so the pet can be re-united with the owner as soon as possible should he or she become separated from their owner. (This I.D. can be as simple as use of marker pen on adhesive tape on pet's collar.)

If dog becomes lost, immediately call Sheriff's Dispatch (360-378-4151), put up posters, let Lopez Animal Protection Society know (360-298-WAGS)(9247) and continue searching.
