Large insulated laundry/mud room. Includes extra large capacity washer and dryer, both work great (maintenance of these is responsibility of user)

Pros:
A major interior remodel has just been completed. New Kitchen counter and lower cabinets, new sink, new water heater, new gas 5 burner range with new stainless steel vent hood, new sink and faucet, new water heater, all new flooring throughout the whole house. All new LED lighting, every surface has been cleaned and painted, new baseboards, new bathroom sink and vanity, new large toilet, new shower and tub faucet, new heated towel rack in bathroom, new 240v forced air heat in living room and new 240v baseboard in small bedroom.

The water quality is exceptional and excellent for drinking and doing laundry.

The house is heated easily and efficiently with either the electric heaters and/or the wood burning stove.

Cons:
The outside of the house has no landscaping and looks a little ruff. It could use paint. Roof is good.

From the outside the house looks like an old manufactured home but is actually two single wides that have been joined together under a roof truss system and then sided. It creates pretty good insulation but awkward spaces inside and has low ceilings.

Neighbors are very near, but nice. :)

House is tucked in the woods (some old growth), trees have been trimmed to let in southern sun as best as possible.

No smoking or illegal drugs allowed on property (possibility of cigarette/cigar smoking outside only, must be discussed)

Other Details:

Rent: $1,500 a month due on the 1st late on the 5th ($100 late charge) We suggest auto deposit.

Deposit: $1,000 can be paid at once or built up over 4 months of $250.

Trade: We don't do traditional trades but, we are looking for a handy person, yard work, pet watching, house cleaning and will pay reasonable rates. For the right, reliable and productive project minded person this could easily be a full day a week or more.

References required and will be checked.
