Join local QiGong instructor Claudia Elwell for a free virtual QiGong movement class, sponsored by the Lopez Library.
The class will be geared to end of day relaxation. It will be a 25-minute segment, with an additional 25 minutes for anyone who wants a longer practice. The first segment will be a stress release routine. Then there will be a small break and Q&A, followed by another relaxing routine that can be done sitting.
