Join local QiGong instructor, Claudia Elwell for a free introductory QiGong series every Wednesday in September. Qigong can be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent. This class is intended to encourage students of QiGong and offer resources to excite daily practice. This is a drop-in class, and everyone is welcome! Space is limited. The class will take place outside, behind the Library if the weather is comfortable. If need be, we will relocate to the community meeting room, and the class will be limited to 10 people.
