I ask for your vote so I may serve you on the San Juan County Council
As an operator of a small business in Eastsound and a former corporate executive, I have experienced first hand what it takes to run a complex and multifaceted organization both efficiently and effectively.
As a concerned citizen, and former county council member, I have experienced how people can work together to solve problems. Everyone can make a difference.
My continuing pledge to the community is to operate a fair, honest and transparent government, to develop better communications and interaction between County employees and the public, and to have County government serve as an aid to the public.
From experience, I know this is not be an easy job, but I promise to continue to listen and learn, to be fair and honest, and to act in the best interests of Orcas Island and San Juan County.
