San Juan Islands Conservation DistrictThe San Juan Islands Conservation District provides technical and financial assistance to the community to help bring about locally based, voluntary, and cooperative land conservation practices. Our goal is to improve the natural resources and watershed health of the San Juan Islands. We provide community education and resources to promote economically viable, socially responsible, and science-based environmentally sound practices that protect water quality and habitat, maintain soil quality and support local agriculture and forest management.
