The district is seeking a qualified applicant to fulfill the responsibilities of a Human Resources & Payroll Specialist for the Lopez Island School District. This position is responsible for providing outstanding service and comprehensive support to Lopez Island School District employees, community, families, and students in the multiple functional area of HR & Payroll. Areas of focus will include: posting of positions, record keeping, contract issuance, benefits administration, data entry, timesheet management, monthly payroll processing & reconciling, etc. This position may be combined with other positions in the district or modified, depending on qualifications and district needs.
