Current Pediatric Care Survey as of March 25, 2024
The parents of one third of all children on Lopez have already responded to this survey and 90% want a pediatrician to come to Lopez! About a third of them wanted to meet the doctor or have a few questions answered first.
The complete survey results are in the file attached and provides a great deal of information about the medical experiences of Lopez parents. But don’t get lost in the details if you just want the summary results; they’re on the last page.
The complete survey results, current to March 25th, have been sent to our Hospital District and also to Island Health who employs Dr. Evan Buxbaum, the pediatrician wanting to come to Lopez.

and we urge you to take this very short survey. Meanwhile we are also working to create and distribute it in the form of a one-page questionnaire and have it widely available.
